Wind Turbines for the Home

Build your Own Wind Turbines for the Home

Some time ago, one good day I woke up tired of my routine and decided to release myself. That day, I made up my mind and started looking for a place where to set my creativity free. I found a very nice piece of property, in Arizona, where I could take occasional breaks from my fast-track lifestyle.

At first, everything was perfect. However, there were power cuts from time to time, and I was still not used to writing under the candlelight, with no music, no laptop… I needed to solve this. I noticed people nearby used renewable energy to satisfy their power requirements: Solar energy Systems, magnetic generators and wind turbines for the home that provided them with energy, regardless of climatic conditions. I had never seen a homemade wind generator before that, but I knew for a fact that the wind did blow a lot back there.

I wondered how to produce wind turbines for the home… but after a thorough investigation and my neighbor Tim´s advice, I used a Wind turbine energy DIY Guide, and found out that making Wind Turbines for the Home was very simple and it cost hardly anything. The best part was I didn´t have to purchase any expensive turbines! Anyone with basic fabricating skills and a little electronic know-how or common sense, can build one too…

and the most important…

How much will wind turbines for the home cost and how much Electric Bill will I save Every month?

I was told by a friend that it would cost $7,500. I wasn’t ready to spend so much money so I searched & the good news is:I built My Wind Turbine for less than $200: Click Here to see How I made It

Notice how much I saved! Compared to commercial turbines, with an equivalent power output, plus a commercial charge controller, plus a commercially made tower, which would cost over $750-$1000, my homemade windmill was pretty cheap!

A little overview about Wind Turbines for the home

At first, I felt a little lost, since I found many designs and complexities for homemade wind turbines, but I noticed that most of the plans had five things in common:

Wind Turbine for the home partsA generator

Blades

A mounting that keeps it turned into the wind

A tower to get it up into the wind

Batteries and an electronic control system

I felt like a little kid with my new “Lego game”: my wind turbine plans. I started “playing”. The first part was the generator. According to my online research, some people were building their own generators, while others used surplus permanent magnet DC motors instead. This looked like a simpler way to go, so I began looking for the most suitable motors for my Wind Turbines for the Home project.

When you have never done a DIY project before, you may feel a little hesitant. It’s normal. It happened to me with my Homemade Wind Turbine. All I had was Tim´s advice, but I had no clue about materials or anything regarding Wind Turbines for the Home; I found around 9 different DIY Energy Online Guides. I bought 3 of them and checked them for Ease of Setting up, Quality of Instructions & Videos, Customer Support and their Guarantee, but I was somehow disappointed about the first 2, which were not as clear as I expected.

Fortunately I finally bought one that I would undoubtedly recommend: Green DIY Energy. This guide provides you with excellent and quick support for the installation of wind turbines for the home. No wonder it is selling about 4,000 Guides every month…
